Parts Manager-Shop

Arctic Snow & Ice Control is seeking a dependable and organized Parts Manager to support our fast-paced shop and fleet operations. This role is critical to maintaining efficient workflow, minimizing downtime, and ensuring our parts inventory is accurate, stocked, and organized.Responsibilities:Manage daily parts operations and inventory levels to support in-house maintenance and repairsMaintain accurate inventory records through consistent data entry and trackingMonitor stock levels and coordinate ordering to prevent shortages or delaysHandle invoicing, purchase orders, and parts-related documentationCoordinate and complete parts pickups as neededOrganize and maintain the parts department for efficiency and accessibilityCommunicate with shop leadership regarding inventory needs and operational supportRequirements:Strong computer and data entry skills (Excel experience preferred)High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksReliable, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyPrevious parts, inventory, or maintenance shop experience preferred (not required) #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
