Youth Community Coordinator

Work on service goals with and for at risk or displaced youth up to 17 years old Act as a liaison between foster parents, staff, and the community team Provide a safe environment with working on implementing behavioral and permanency goals Coordinate schedules, lead and train other staff, provide crisis support, and perform administrative tasks Work directly with youth in the office and in community settings up to 75 miles away Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years experience working directly with youth (OR 2 years of social services education) Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (paid by SA) Current driver license, car, and car insurance TB Test: Within 7 days of first day of employment, or prior to working on site (whichever comes first) (Paid by SA) Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Demonstrates expertise in working with at-risk youth, providing crisis support, and implementing behavioral and permanency goals. Strong ability to coordinate schedules, lead staff training, and maintain a safe environment in both office and community settings.
