What Does An Accounting Clerk With Paul Davis Do?
- Fields calls from customers and team members and build rapport
- Maintain payroll files
- Sort mail
- Problem solves and helps people find solutions
- Maintain accounts files
- Process weekly payroll
- Process weekly accounts payable
- Handle sub-contractor paperwork-W-9, insurance certificates
- Has fun and is part of a growing business
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
