Rancho Health MSO, Inc. is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to own and optimize employee benefits programs across ~800 lives and four plan structures, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement offerings. You will lead the 2027 transition from fully insured to self-funded plans, partnering with brokers, Finance, and vendors to ensure competitive, sustainable programs.
