Benefits Manager — Self-Insured Plans & Compliance

DeSilva Gates Construction

DeSilva Gates Construction in Dublin is seeking a Benefits Manager to administer our comprehensive employee benefits program, including a self-insured medical plan, and to drive cost-effective benefits operations. You will manage eligibility, enrollments, and annual Open Enrollment while serving as the primary resource on benefits questions and claims. You will collaborate with TPAs and brokers, review claims data, ensure regulatory compliance (COBRA, ACA, ERISA, HIPAA), and provide cost #J-18808-Ljbffr DeSilva Gates Construction
