Primary Skills: HR Operations (Expert), Benefits Administration (Advanced), Onboarding & I-9 Compliance (Advanced), HRIS Systems (Advanced), Employee Relations & Customer Service (Expert) Contract: W2 Duration: 12 Months (High Possibility of Extension) Location: West Palm Beach, FL - 3 Days Onsite (Hybrid) Pay Rate: $21 - $24/hr on W2 Job Summary We are seeking an HR Service Center Specialist to support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle by providing timely and accurate HR support. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, assisting with benefits administration, onboarding, I-9 verification, offboarding, and HRIS transactions. The ideal candidate will be a strong HR subject matter expert with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. This position requires close collaboration with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards teams to ensure an outstanding employee experience. Job Requirements Respond to employee and manager HR inquiries through the HR service portal. Support onboarding, I-9 verification, benefits administration, and offboarding activities. Maintain and improve HR knowledge base content to enhance employee self-service capabilities. Identify, resolve, and elevate HR process, policy, and compliance issues. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence including Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners. Recommend process improvements to enhance HR service delivery and operational efficiency. Must-Have Skills Hands‑on experience with HR benefits, onboarding, I‑9 processing, and offboarding. Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking abilities. Quick learner with the ability to connect information across multiple HR processes. Industry Experience Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Service Centers, Human Resources Administration, or Employee Support functions is required.
