- Be the center of communication between our auto repair company and our customers. Assist customers both in store and over the phone, email, text to provide them with an exceptional auto repair experience.
- People-person is a must
- Shared belief in making a customer, not just a sale.
- At least 2 years of automotive service writing experience or other related customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment
