Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator Duration: 2-3 Months Work Model: Remote Overview National marketing demand creation programs are a key source of revenue influence across existing and new clients. The tactical support resource will work in conjunction with practice marketers to handle the day-to-day task management of projects. Responsibilities include updating and maintaining project tracking spreadsheets and campaign calendars. This role will require training and operational knowledge of Wrike and Smartsheet as key platforms. Key Responsibilities Support webinar requests, including managing day-of logistics for webcasts using ON24. Interface with internal clients to develop and manage edits for assets. Handle day-to-day project management. Oversee project requests in Wrike. Manage invoicing and budget tracking. Maintain campaign calendars. Pull analytics from different sources. Manage project tracking spreadsheets. Report on project status during weekly team calls. Support OFT development. Provide MPower lead management support. Coordinate marketing campaigns and project timelines. Support content creation and distribution across multiple channels. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners. Track campaign performance and prepare reporting. Key Skills Become familiar with Wrike (project management platform), MPower (CRM system), Power BI (analytics platform), ON24 (webinar platform), and Adobe AEM (OFT software). Well-versed in the MS Office suite. High energy. Excellent communication skills. Well organized. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Required Experience Experience supporting marketing initiatives in a corporate environment. Strong project coordination and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with marketing tools and platforms. Education: No degree required. Experience: 2+ years. Manager Preferences Detail-oriented and proactive.
