Senior Account Executive, Membership
The Senior Account Executive, Membership will focus on driving new business growth through a consultative sales approach while building trusted relationships with senior executives and board members. This role blends strategic selling with long-term relationship management and is ideal for a polished sales professional comfortable engaging with C-suite leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new membership accounts within an assigned territory
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand organizational goals and recommend tailored solutions
- Own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through closing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive leaders and board members
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and documentation within the CRM
- Provide guidance and feedback to junior sales or membership development staff
- Stay current on industry trends, offerings, and evolving sales strategies
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B Sales experience ideally within membership-based, professional services, or consultative sales environments
- Experience engaging C-Suite Executives/Senior Leadership/Boards of Directors within the Fortune 500 space
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree required (business, marketing, or related field preferred)
