Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Guided Growth Therapies, your primary responsibility will be to work with individuals, couples, and families, facilitating therapeutic interventions tailored to meet their unique needs. Your daily activities will include:

• Conducting individual assessments and intake interviews to understand the unique dynamics and challenges of each family or couple you work with.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to design and implement treatment plans addressing various issues, such as alcohol abuse, psychological distress, conflicts among family members, and grief.

• Facilitating therapy sessions both in-person and via telemedicine, ensuring client safety and comfort.
\n
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to families navigating life transitions, such as separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties.

• Documenting progress in a timely and organized manner to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are maintained.

• Collaboratively engaging with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance support services.
