Description – Your Contributions

• Conduct both routine and complex laboratory tests across various domains—chemistry, hematology, immunology, and others—following established procedures.
• Ensure result accuracy through thorough analysis, troubleshooting discrepancies, and maintaining lab equipment through regular upkeep and calibration.
• Assist in specimen gathering and prepare samples for precise testing as needed.
• Keep meticulous records of all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and help enforce high lab quality standards.
• Secure a clean, safe workspace while adhering strictly to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health program along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure with us.
