Description – What Your Role Entails

• Conduct both standard and complex laboratory tests across disciplines such as chemistry and hematology, ensuring adherence to established methods.
• Evaluate test results for correctness, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure that lab equipment is up-to-date through routine maintenance.
• Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples for analysis where necessary.
• Record all procedures in detail, educate new team members or interns, and contribute to the maintenance of laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a tidy, safe laboratory environment while strictly following regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field with ASCP/AMT certification in progress.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be completed within one year of starting the role.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your duration of employment.
