• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples as necessary for comprehensive testing.
• Meticulously document all methods, share your knowledge by training new personnel or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab standards.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness in the lab, consistently adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree, in conjunction with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within a year after hire.
• Keep certification alive and current throughout your employment.
