Your Role Awaits

• Conduct a range of routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests—covering areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology—adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, address errors, and provide maintenance and calibration for laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, while also training new team members or students, and ensure adherence to lab quality standards.
• Champion a clean and safe workspace while upholding regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, ideally alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within one year of being hired.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification throughout employment is essential.
