Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Payroll professional to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will leverage your experience to manage payroll processes while ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards. You will support and conduct payroll and compensation audits, partner with internal and external stakeholders to address findings, and help maintain audit readiness across programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processes ensuring regulatory and internal compliance.

• Support and conduct payroll and compensation audits.

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address audit findings.

• Help maintain audit readiness across programs.

• Utilize payroll software and HRIS systems effectively.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in payroll.

• Experience with payroll processing and payroll tax.

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in payroll and accounting principles, practices, processes, reporting, and systems.

• Experience with HRIS and payroll software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Payroll certification (i.e., CPA, APA, CPP) is preferred.

• Experience with UKG or other HR platform systems is preferred.

• SAP experience is nice to have (or larger ERP)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
