Store Manager

Role Overview Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, and customer service to ensure smooth daily functioning. Key Responsibilities Recruit, select, train, evaluate, and retain qualified employees, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with labor laws. Lead store opening and closing procedures, including managing schedules and safety protocols. Analyze financial and operational data to identify business trends, control expenses, and maximize profitability. Oversee inventory management, ordering, merchandising presentation, and stock replenishment. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment, ensuring safety standards are met. Deliver excellent customer service and foster a positive team environment. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, completing necessary documentation. Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, cash handling, and merchandising practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read technical documents and perform mathematical calculations. Experience in retail management and familiarity with legal compliance preferred; bilingual skills may be advantageous. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform related physical tasks.
