Job Details

Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with relevant laws and standards.
Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
Manage the preparation of the companys budget and financial forecasts, reporting variances and developing corrective actions.
Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial procedures and regulations.
Manage the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing/billing, customer credits and collections, payroll, perpetual inventory integrity, fixed asset records, general and entity accounting, cost accounting, and more.
Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
Utilize ERP software and other systems such as Sage and Service Titan to streamline financial processes and reporting.
Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
5+ years of experience in a managerial finance role, preferably in the finance industry.
Proven expertise in budgeting, financial planning, internal controls, general ledger, cost accounting, and ERP software.
Proficiency in Sage and Service Titan is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to make strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
