We are seeking three dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide maternity leave coverage at vibrant elementary schools, starting in September and extending for 12 weeks. Located in a welcoming, onsite-only educational setting near Jersey City, NJ, these full-time roles offer 35+ hours per week and the chance to make a real impact on K-5th grade students, including those in high Autism and Preschool populations.

Ideal candidates will bring expertise in supporting students in diverse school environments, demonstrating flexibility and compassion working with children with varying communication needs.

Qualifications / Experience Desired:

• Active NJ Speech-Language Pathologist License (SLP)
• Valid NJ Speech-Language Specialist (SLS) Certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome with established outside supervision
• Previous school-based SLP experience beneficial, especially with Autism and Preschool populations
• Commitment to onsite, in-person services (no remote/hybrid; no SLPAs)
• Ability to work collaboratively with educational teams and maintain clear, effective communication with staff and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech/language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and families for student success
• Adapt therapy approaches for preschool to elementary students, including those with Autism
