Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a growing mobile outpatient therapy team serving patients throughout North Jersey. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care directly in patients' homes, assisted living facilities, independent living communities, and day programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
• Deliver care to patients in homes, assisted living facilities, independent living communities, and day programs.
• Assist patients in achieving functional goals and improving mobility.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule

• Average of 30 patient care hours per week.
• Typical caseload of 5-7 patients per day.
• Flexible route scheduling.
• Minimal weekend requirements.

Qualifications

Required

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

• Home care or outpatient therapy experience.
• Neuro and/or geriatric experience.
