Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring an Assembly for our client. This position involves assembling cardboard displays, posters, and signs according to client specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include aligning, fitting, and finishing components, using both manual tools and machinery, and performing quality inspections to ensure accuracy and consistency.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Assemble cardboard displays, posters, and signs according to instructions and client specifications.
• Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and finishing of all components to meet quality standards.
• Utilize both manual techniques and machinery to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
• Adhere to workplace safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.
• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and workflow.
• Conduct quality checks to identify and correct any defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe assembly area.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• Previous experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of operating assembly tools and machinery.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Communication skills.
