Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Material Handler for our client. This position is responsible for inventory organization, material flow, forklift operation, and maintaining a clean and productive work environment.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Support material flow for assembly operations by ensuring production has the correct parts when needed.
• Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production lines.
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely to transport materials.
• Organize inventory within production work centers to maintain a clean, clutter-free workspace.
• Remove completed products from production lines and restage materials for the next job.
• Perform inventory transactions, material movements, and stock organization.
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to maintain efficient workflow.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• Previous material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Inventory control and material flow experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, and kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Communication skills.
