Day Time Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk responsibilities for a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor access to the property by checking in visitors, verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and reporting unusual activity in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Answer phones, greet incoming guests, and communicate with property management, residents, and/or authorized personnel regarding building access and other security-related concerns.
• Observe lobby and entrance activity from the front desk and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive monitoring and prompt reporting of issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
