About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Products to lead the product management and product marketing teams in the Fourth Wave of software development. This pivotal role involves driving innovation and customer value across a range of market-leading solutions, with a focus on AI-powered software delivery, DevSecOps, and the impact of AI coding agents on the software development lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmaps to deliver high-value solutions, as well as leading a globally distributed team to ensure the company's position as a leader in the industry. The role requires a deep understanding of practical use cases in the DevSecOps industry, including enterprise agile planning, continuous testing, DevOps, CI/CD, and AI/ML, and a passion for working closely with customers to accelerate digital transformation. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in product management, with a core focus on DevOps, Agile, Testing, ALM, and Analytics/Intelligence, and at least 5 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading product and product marketing teams, as well as a strong point of view on agentic software development and AI-generated code governance. Key responsibilities include leading all product management and documentation, delivering differentiated solutions, and driving the product marketing strategy. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with strategic customers, partnering with the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, and representing the company at industry events. The candidate should be results-driven, a self-starter, and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
