Administrative AssistantPay: $21.00+/hr.Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8am-4pm With Tuesday and Sunday offJob Description: We are currently looking for a qualified Administrative Assistant for a company located in Hardeeville, SC.Responsibilities:Previous administrative, clerical, warehouse, logistics, or customer service experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and emailStrong computer and data-entry skills with a high level of accuracyAbility to maintain and update order, delivery, inventory, and customer recordsAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate professionally with customers, drivers, installers, warehouse associates, and managementReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to multitask and manage changing priorities throughout the workdayAbility to handle confidential customer and company information professionallyFlexibility to assist with additional administrative and operational duties as neededQualifications:Previous administrative experience in a warehouse, distribution, appliance, delivery, or logistics environment is a plusStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy when entering orders and maintaining documentationExperience with order processing, scheduling, shipping/receiving, or delivery coordination preferredAbility to track orders, deliveries, and service-related information accuratelyStrong customer service and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle customer questions, delivery updates, and scheduling concerns professionallyComfortable working with multiple computer systems and learning new warehouse or order-management softwareAbility to work independently while collaborating with warehouse, delivery, installation, and management teamsStrong follow-up skills and ability to resolve or escalate order discrepancies appropriatelyDependable, professional, and able to remain organized during high-volume periodsBilingual English/Spanish is a plusBenefits: Limited Health, Dental, and Vision 401K Term Life
