Currently seeking an Operations Coordinator for our office in Ontario, CA (91761). This is an urgent, full-time on-site position , and we are looking to hire as soon as possible.
Since we closely coordinate with international suppliers and cross-border teams, fluency in both English and Mandarin is required for this role.
Key Position Details:
- Job Title: Operations Coordinator
- Language Requirement: Bilingual in English & Mandarin (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities and workflow.
- Coordinate order processing, customer communication, and warehouse/logistics -related tasks.
- Maintain and update customer records and business data management systems (Excel / ERP).
- Support the sales team and executive management with administrative tasks as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Legal work authorization in the U.S.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and Excel/data tracking skills.
- Prior experience in operations coordination, logistics, customer service, or sales support preferred.
