100% Remote, Exciting, Innovative Job Opportunity for FULLY LICENSED CALIFORNIA Mental Health Psychotherapists in CA (1099 independent contractor with MINIMUM OF 20 HOURS WEEKLY INCLUDING OPTION IF PREFERABLE FOR EARLY MORNINGS, EVENINGS, AND WEEKENDS). NOTE: UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PROCEED WITH ASSOCIATE LICENSED THERAPISTS UNTIL FULLY LICENSURE HAS BEEN OBTAINED. Note: for full-time highly motivated applicants a W2 option is also a possibility.

SKILLS/QUALITIES

• Clinical competence in evidence based practices and providing quality care
• Knowledge of current research and maintain an intellectual curiosity in order to integrate/customize your practice to your skill set and interests
• Willingness and confidence to integrate innovative technologies into all aspects of care
• Willingness and motivation to become licensed in other states as needed

EXPERIENCE

• Hourly rate of compensation will be ascertained based on expertise, years of experience, and states of licensure. The posted range is for fully licensed psychotherapists not associates.
• Evidence of appropriate clinical skills and experience

PREFERRED:

• Experience with tele-health is highly valuable, but not essential
• Multilingual (especially in Spanish) an asset, but not required.
• Multiple licenses an asset, but not required.
