This role is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, enjoys helping customers, and wants to build a career in customer service, manufacturing, or account management. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred2–4 years of experience in customer service, account management, manufacturing, or a related field. Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing environments is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.
