1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 working hours per day;
2.Student level: Primary School students, Grades 1-6;

Job Description

1.Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning by creating stimulating and effective classroom displays;
2.Implement effective behavior management strategies to promote a respectful and disciplined atmosphere using school’s Behavior Policies;
3.Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with school’s curriculums and educational standards;
4.Utilize a variety of instructional methods and technologies to enhance student learning outcomes;
5.Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations;
6.Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development;
7.Establish and maintain open and proactive communication channels with parents and families using the weekly newsletters;
8.Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress, goals, and areas for improvement;
9.Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching practices and pedagogical skills;
10.Engage in reflective practice to continually refine teaching techniques and improve student outcomes;

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above (Education or other related majors preferred);
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Minimum Three years of previous full-time PYP teaching experience;
4.QTS/PGCE/US Teaching license or other equivalent teaching certificates are highly preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary range: around 29K (Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.)
2.Airfare allowance：up to 12420rmb per school year (boarding pass and receipt needed)
3.Rental fee:up to 5000rmb pr month (rental fee fapiao needed)
4.Relocation allowance：up to 10000rmb for shipping purpose only, fapiao needed）
5.Settlement allowance: up to 2,000 RMB (pre-tax);
6.Work visa provided
