About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its multi-site healthcare organization with a focus on orthopedic care, outpatient services, and physician practice management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth and operational excellence. This includes collaborating with physician leadership to align clinical and operational objectives, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards, and providing visionary leadership to enhance patient care, financial performance, and organizational efficiency. The role also involves overseeing operational consistency and quality across multiple service lines and locations, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration, and monitoring industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading multi-site physician practices or healthcare organizations, a strong understanding of healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, and growth strategies, and experience with physician governance structures and organizational change management. Exceptional communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead through transformation and drive operational excellence are essential.
