About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and oversee the day-to-day activities of its multi-site physician group. The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing corporate oversight with an on-site presence, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring the financial performance of the organization. This role requires a leader with a strong background in practice management, including full P&L responsibility, budgeting, and a proven track record in multi-site leadership. The VP of Operations will also be tasked with championing patient satisfaction, quality assurance, and risk management programs, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations. Applicants for the VP of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 7 years' of practice management experience. Strong financial acumen, particularly in revenue cycle management, is essential. The role demands a leader who can influence, inspire, and drive results in a dynamic environment, with a demonstrated ability to lead within a physician partner model and drive change. The ideal candidate will be adept at shaping vision, influencing partners, and scaling a thriving multi-site organization.
