JOSEPH'S HEALTH HOSPITAL IS LOOKING FOR A NP TO COVER CARDIAC SURGERY ICU PATIENTS AND JOIN THEIR ICU/STEP-DOWN TEAM! 2 full time APPs needed. Open to NP or PA. PA job - 66947 Dates of Coverage: 6/1-10/2 Reason for Coverage: Employee resignation Schedule: Monday - Friday Day/Evening 40 hours minimum per week can be up to 50 as needed Setting: Inpatient ICU and step-down coverage Average Number of Patients Per Day: Varies up to 10 notes phone coverage for all inpatients Patient Age Demographic: Adult EMR: EPIC Will APP be Working Autonomously: Yes Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: Yes also Critical Care physicians This role is non-operative and does not require any OR experience. Will accept providers with ICU/critical care experience but cardiac critical care is preferred and inpatient medicine with cardiology focus would be ideal. Procedures: central linearterial linechest tube placementCT removalwound vac changes Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 6 weeks.
