Senior Financial Reporting Accountant

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 Why This Opportunity Stands Out High-impact role supporting SEC reporting and executive-level financial insights Direct involvement in 10-Q and 10-K filings and external reporting Opportunity to become a subject matter expert in technical accounting and US GAAP Strong cross-functional exposure across finance, operations, and leadership Hands-on experience with evolving accounting standards and complex transactions Career growth in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment Involvement in accounting policy development and process improvement Work with modern financial systems and AI-driven tools Stable, compliance-driven environment with strong internal controls What You’ll Do Research complex accounting matters and prepare technical memos/white papers Support SEC reporting, including quarterly and annual filings Evaluate business scenarios and recommend compliant accounting treatments Assist in implementing new accounting standards and drafting accounting policies Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes What You Bring 5+ years of accounting or finance experience (public accounting preferred) 3+ years of SEC reporting experience Strong knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting standards Experience interpreting and applying complex accounting guidance Preferred Experience Background with multinational public companies Experience with Workiva, SAP, HFM, or Smart View Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
