Production Coordinator (Graphics Coordinator) | 6-Month Contract
We're seeking a Graphics/Production Coordinator to support live broadcast productions in a fast-paced media environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in broadcast graphics Adobe Creative Cloud , and managing creative assets across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate graphic asset creation, updates, and delivery for live broadcasts and studio productions
- Manage incoming creative requests and communicate with internal teams, vendors, and production partners
- Create and edit digital assets including Photoshop, After Effects , MP4, and broadcast graphic files
- Execute logo swaps, headshot updates, and brand-related creative changes while maintaining brand standards
- Support production workflows and ensure timely deployment of assets to game and studio production teams
- Maintain digital asset libraries and assist with content organization
- Serve as a liaison between Production, Creative Services, Marketing, Engineering, and external vendors
Qualifications:
- Experience in broadcast production, graphics coordination, creative operations, or production support
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and After Effects
- Familiarity with broadcast graphics systems such as Vizrt, Ross Xpression, or Chyron
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within sports, live events, or broadcast media is highly preferred
Additional Details:
- 6-month contract with potential for extension
- Full-time hours
- Collaborative environment working closely with production, content, and creative teams
The hourly range for this position is W2 $30-35/hr DOE .
