Payroll Processor

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to immediately hire to fill the role of Full-time Payroll Processor at our Headquarters location in Warren, OH. Duties & Responsibilities Review weekly timecards and applicable paperwork; follow up with field on missing items Communicate with field managers on any issues as they relate to payroll policies/guidelines Calculate hours and earnings for multiple accounts Conduct data time entry of total hours for multiple accounts Review of payroll data for integrity and compliance to policy and procedures Complete routine audits of HR and Payroll Data to be reported to the Payroll Department Manager Sort, bag, and distribute weekly paychecks Analyze payroll data to ensure federal and state law compliance Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned Requirements Prior experience in processing payroll with ADP is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and knowledge of Windows-based applications Ability to perform accurate data entry Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Ability to work independently without direct supervision and also with a team Strong analytical skills Excellent follow through skills Benefits AVI is proud of its team members and appreciates the hard work, loyalty and committed service they provide every day, which is why we offer the following: A family culture and atmosphere Competitive compensation Health, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time team members 401(k) with generous company match Paid vacations and holidays Immense training and growth opportunities We conduct pre-employment drug testing.
