As a Sales Support Coordinator aligned with Wealth Management, you will play a central role in supporting sales teams by driving advisor engagement through strategic scheduling and territory coordination. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales Force Members and territory teams to execute outreach strategies, manage meeting logistics, and ensure seamless coordination across stakeholders.

You will serve as a key point of contact for territory operations, managing calendars, communications, and reporting, while helping optimize productivity and engagement across multiple territories. Through proactive outreach, data utilization, and strong relationship management, you will contribute directly to the effectiveness of the sales organization and the experience we deliver to advisors.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail. You take a proactive approach to outreach and coordination, driving engagement and ensuring effective execution. You build strong relationships and partner effectively with internal teams and external advisors to deliver seamless experiences. You are comfortable leveraging systems and tools (e.g., CRM, reporting) to manage data and improve outcomes. You approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset and adapt quickly as priorities evolve. You are a collaborative team player with an interest in growing your business acumen and developing within the organization.

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $52,215-$83,544

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
