Our client, a large international law firm located in Century City, is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join their team! You will be responsible for helping clients and attorneys by providing product and service information. Recent college grads are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:- Answer, screen and direct calls
- Schedule meetings/conference rooms
- Use Event Management Software System (EMS)
- Understand conference rooms request and what is needed
- Document and update client records based on interactions
- Respond to requests promptly
- Scan, copy, print, mail and other admin tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a law firm
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
