We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey!ResponsibilitiesScale a book of new small- and medium- business merchant partners to assist the team in driving gross merchandise value (GMV) growth for our eCommerce business.Research, identify, evaluate and onboard merchants based on data-driven assessments of product demand, supply capabilities and platform readiness.Discover innovative collaborative models using quantitative analysis that fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plans and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently.Employ a consultative approach by offering data-driven strategic content, creator/affiliate/agency partner merchandising, and logistical solutions to all clients.Create compelling sales propositions utilizing best practices and case studies.Monitor metrics for category health, and update clients on product developments and new promotional opportunities.Solve key challenges to business growth through strong collaboration with peers and cross-functional teams.QualificationsMust have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, Analytics (any), Finance, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, Analytics (any), Finance, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:Account management, including assessing client’s performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making data-driven decisions to drive account growth;Conducting market research and competition analysis to drive informed business decisions for short and long-term strategy planning;Creating, maintaining, and delivering reports using Excel, and developing, validating, and maintaining metrics to evaluate business performance; andDeveloping strategic plans and solutions for clients, and translating complex data into informative charts and dashboards using data visualization tools.Travel Requirement: Domestic travel required up to 25%.Employer: TT Commerce & Global Services LLCType: Full time, 40 hours/weekLocation: Culver City, CASalary Range: $102600 - $143640 per yearTo Apply, click the apply button below.
