** Must be willing to work onsite in Addison, IL 5 days per week **

Our events rely on thousands of details—and many of the most important ones fit in a box. As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk (Portables & Events), you'll play a key role with our Addison based warehouse preparing, shipping, and tracking the small assets that help bring trade shows, events, and brand activations to life.

From banner stands and promotional materials to pick-and-pack items, you'll ensure every shipment is accurate, organized, and delivered on time.

What You'll Do

• Pull, inspect, prepare, package, and ship small event assets and express orders.
• Receive and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Verify inventory availability and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse and Fleet Services teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare shipping documentation and organize required paperwork.
• Load and unload shipments using material handling equipment such as forklifts and order pickers.
• Maintain organized workspaces while following company safety standards and operating procedures.
• Support other warehouse and logistics activities as business needs require.

What You'll Bring

• Diploma or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, inventory, or fulfillment operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using warehouse equipment such as forklifts or willingness to become certified.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform physical warehouse work throughout the day.
