Talent Acquisition Specialist

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a dynamic organization. This is an onsite position based in Seattle, Washington , with on-site presence at their main office. POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a short-term, 60-day project. This role will work closely with the HR team to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient sourcing, screening, and placement of candidates. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about equity-focused recruitment.
