Market and secure additional work with client; responsible for the project change management process* Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings in support of clients.* Monitor/control construction process through direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate and identify all potential impacts to the project and implement corrective measures.* Ensure productivity of subcontractors, efficient use of materials & equipment, and overall schedule of the project.* Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client and A/E contacts, to facilitate construction activities* Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget* Represent company in project meetings, assist in labor negotiations/strategy meetings* Manage financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with Client* May perform other duties as assigned**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar from an accredited institution and 10 or more years of building construction experience* Five (5) or more years Project Management experience managing multiple construction projects* Experience/knowledge with Job Order Contracting (JOC), unit pricing, requirement pricing required.* Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities* Knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles and techniques, as well as accounting principles* Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule* MS Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint). Knowledge of industry software (Procure, Bluebeam, Primavera, Estimating Software)* Demonstrated leadership skills* Excellent written and verbal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
