Talent Development Manager

Job Description We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Talent Development Manager to lead and advance leadership development, organizational development, and enterprise learning initiatives. This role requires a professional who can both design and deliver impactful development experiences while partnering with business leaders to drive performance, capability building, and talent outcomes. Key Responsibilities Design and implement leadership development programs across multiple levels of the organization Develop and curate high-quality learning content (instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning) Partner with business leaders to assess talent needs and align development strategies to business priorities Lead organizational development initiatives, including team effectiveness, change management, and succession planning support Lead engagement efforts by designing and delivering initiatives that strengthen culture, communication, and employee connection Facilitate leadership training sessions and workshops with confidence and executive presence Measure effectiveness of development programs and continuously improve based on data and feedback What We’re Really Looking For We are looking for someone who can connect the dots between business strategy and people development—someone who doesn’t just run programs, but builds capability. This individual should be equally comfortable in front of a room, behind a design document, and at the table with senior leaders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 5 years of previous professional related working experience required Minimum of 7 years in learning & development/training or HR required Minimum of 2 years banking experience desired Demonstrated ability to facilitate and deliver training sessions in a professional and effective manner required Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Prior experience in curriculum development, Canva, LMS, and Articulate a plus Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work assignments in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products required. Strong attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines required. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
