Maintenance Worker

Maintenance TechnicianEstablished in 1909, George Junior Republic and its affiliates provide opportunities for success and wellness to the individuals, families, and communities served. GJR in PA is currently hiring two positions for the maintenance department.Position #1 will primarily serve as a maintenance employee and Position #2 will primarily serve as a Security Technician. This position will be responsible for maintenance tasks associated with fire alarm management.Summary of the position: This position performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled work in order to complete the maintenance requirements of all GJR properties.Duties and ResponsibilitiesRoutine Maintenance - Completes all maintenance requests outlined on work orders in a timely manner.HVAC - Able to service and maintain HVAC equipment.Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry - Able to perform basic functions related to these duties.Other - On-call on rotating weekends.
