Operations Support Specialist

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $23/hr

TEKsystems is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to support a local healthcare organization in Honolulu.

Responsibilities:

• Process and track member requests and case information
• Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Review and organize case-related documents
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely case processing

Qualifications:

• Customer service, call center, administrative, or healthcare experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Basic computer skills and experience working with records or case management systems
• Healthcare or insurance experience is a plus

This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
