Duties & Responsibilities Direct and oversee daily activities of crews to ensure high-quality and timely production of panels Serve as the single point of contact for the tactical coordination of all hourly workers, streamlining communication between crews and the Production Manager Assign tasks to Assembly Foremen and workers based on skill set and workload to optimize productivity Develop and implement daily work plans to meet production schedules and adjust plans as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen challenges Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among crew members Other duties and responsibilities as required Quality Assurance Enforce adherence to quality control standards and production specifications to ensure all work meets Dogwood's high standards #J-18808-Ljbffr Dogwood Industries
