Maintenance Technician

NOW HIRING- Direct Hire Maintenance Technician  Location: Lincolnshire, IL Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. OR,            4:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. Pay Ranges:

• Level II: $28.00 – $30.00 / hour
• Level III: $32.00 – $38.00 / hour

About the Role Keep our production running smoothly! We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to handle preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across facility systems and heavy-duty machining equipment. (Valves and Metal stamping)   You will work directly with low-voltage electrical controls, logic controllers, and standard plant machinery to maintain a top-tier manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform PMs and repairs on CNC machinery, coolant/oil/filter changes, and electrical inspections.
• System Troubleshooting: Diagnose low-voltage electrical controls, logic controllers, and PLCs (Fanuc & Mitsubishi).
• Facility & Safety Support: Maintain facility operations (HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, generators), support fire/safety inspections, and safely handle waste materials.
• Standard Work: Complete daily task lists, log event reports, manage priority requests, and assist with inventory levels.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in maintenance, ideally within a machining, manufacturing, or tool & die environment.
• Equipment Expertise: Hands-on experience with CNC lathes, CNC mills, bar feeders, centerless/surface grinders, band saws, manual mills/lathes, air compressors, air dryers, material handling equipment, electrostatic filters, and hoists.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with PLC/CNC controls, Fanuc & Mitsubishi logic, and CMMS software (Maintenance Connection preferred).
• Physical Ability: Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs, work on ladders/scaffolds, and handle routine physical labor safely
