Facilities Maintenance Associate Manager - Level 4

Basic Qualifications Prior Management and/or Leadership experience in a heavy industrial plant setting Prior maintenance of critical machinery and equipment systems Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance Job Description You will be the Facilities Maintenance Associate Manager - Level 4 for the Facilities Maintenance team which is responsible for managing plant facilities, infrastructure, and equipment on a large‑scale production campus. What You Will Be Doing Supervise and develop trade personnel and salaried staff, handling recruitment, training, performance assessments, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Manage production machinery and equipment, directing emergent, corrective, and preventative maintenance activities. Plan, schedule, and allocate department resources to ensure priority projects are completed on time and within budget. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, design, and build requirements while applying appropriate policies and procedures. Resolve scheduling conflicts and equipment‑repair issues promptly, providing technical guidance as needed.
