Quality Control Account Manager/Proposal Integrator Staff- Level 4

Description As a Control Account Manager (CAM) and Contract and Proposal Integrator (CPI), you will manage financial, schedule, and technical performance of a major program, ensuring timely and within‑budget delivery of products and services. You will work with cross‑functional teams (program management, proposal, finance, quality) to drive program success and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on earned value management and involves analyzing performance, identifying improvements, and developing corrective actions. Responsibilities Oversee compliance and implementation of EVM principles, managing cost, schedule, and technical scope. Prototype estimating of Quality and Mission Success (QMS) scope of task. Conduct cost and schedule variance analysis; define root causes and implement corrective actions. Prepare comprehensive budget, performance, staffing presentations and reports for leadership reviews. Establish and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production task schedules for assigned build areas. Manage overhead expenditures, develop staffing plans, and ensure budget alignment with organizational needs. Maintain SWBS Station Forecast – Start/Complete in SAP/IMS and mitigate schedule impacts via Critical Path analysis. Basic Qualifications Certification as Control Account Manager (CAM) with PPM‑101 or equivalent with prior CAM responsibilities. Experience with production processes related to cost accounting standards (CAS), Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA), and other regulatory requirements. Experience analyzing cost, schedule, and/or technical data. Ability to summarize and present data to senior leadership clearly and concisely. Experience leading, working, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Desired Skills Hands‑on familiarity with LM Aero Earned Value metrics, reports, processes, and data structures. Advanced knowledge of Aerospace Earned Value Management processes and procedures specific to LM Aeronautics products. Familiarity with Lockheed Martin estimating process and systems, such as APTS. Ability to quickly learn, assimilate, adapt to, and execute constantly changing direction from leadership. Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance. Candidates must be U.S. citizens. Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years. Compensation Annual base salary range (excluding major metropolitan areas): $95,000 – $167,440. For major metropolitan areas: $109,200 – $189,290. Salary determined by role, experience, and market considerations. Work Schedule and Location Onsite, full‑time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Schedule: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
