Estate Planning And Business Succession AttorneyWe are currently seeking an additional attorney to join our growing Estate Planning and Business Succession Practice. This position is ideal for a motivated attorney who enjoys working closely with clients and business owners to develop tailored estate planning and succession strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding client service. This position can be based at any of our office locations: Omaha, Nebraska; Sioux Falls, South Dakota; or Sioux City, Iowa.Responsibilities:Conduct client consultations and assess estate planning needsDraft and review estate planning documents including Revocable/Irrevocable Trusts and advanced planning documentsMaintain strong, long-term client relationships through clear communication and thoughtful counselAbility to handle all aspects of probate and estate administration, including intestate and testate proceedings is preferred, not required.Guide clients through planning and funding processes with sensitivity and professionalismIdentify and resolve potential estate and fiduciary tax issuesStay informed of changes in estate, tax, and probate law relevant to client mattersQualifications:3–7 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration preferred, not requiredJ.D. from an accredited law schoolStrong knowledge of estate planning tools, techniques, and tax implicationsExceptional drafting, research, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple matters with attention to detail and deadlinesActive bar membership required in one, but preferred in more, of the following Nebraska, Iowa and/or South Dakota.Goosmann Law Firm is a client-focused, forward-thinking firm, dedicated to helping individuals and families protect their legacies and plan for the future.
