Inventory Control Coordinator

27704 Durham, 28.05.2026 Freudenberg Performance Materials LP (USA) Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records & optimize inventory levels Support operational efficiency and compliance Primary point of contact for Supply Chain Specialist support Administer and maintain cycle count data, report results, support audit process Main point of contact for Supply Chain Specialist (SCS) support & communication Oversee return process for warehouse team Complete goods receipt for merchandise & subcontract items; make sure labels are printed Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and implement preventative measures; manage PROD inventory with operations support Manage shipping log & documents for all warehouses Coordinate sample request intake and delegate associated workload Report team KPIs Support logistics coordination for incoming and outgoing freight Any additional duties assigned by management Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience Understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred) Proficient in office management software (Excel, Word, etc.) Forklift experience recommended Positive and professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, strong sense of urgency Analytical and problem‑solving skills Cross‑functional communication and coordination Inventory accuracy and data management Benefits 401K Match Health Insurance – Rely on comprehensive services whenever you need it.
