Job Title : Salesforce QA Specialist Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
Job Type : W2/C2C
Experience : 7-15 years
Location : Menlo Park (MPK), California
Role Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce QA Specialist with strong experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce workflows, automation, custom applications, and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, Cases, and related CRM processes.
- Validate Salesforce Flow, approvals, business rules, and validation rules.
- Test Lightning components, custom objects, and custom applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, E2E, and UAT testing.
- Validate Salesforce integrations with Oracle Fusion Cloud and other systems.
- Support deployment validation and post-production verification.
- Participate in defect triage and release-readiness reviews.
- Validate CRM business-process continuity across releases.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience QA/testing experience.
- Strong experience Salesforce testing experience.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Lightning, custom objects, and validation rules.
- Strong Knowledge on CRM business-process knowledge.
- Familiarity Integration and API-testing.
- Experience with Jira, TestRail, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion.
- Experience with enterprise CRM/ERP integrations.
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certification.
Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
